The Zeon AdBlue pump is part of Pumptronics’ AdBlue range, designed to meet the requirements of those needing to comply with new emissions standards for heavy duty diesel engines. AdBlue is an aqueous solution of Urea and acts as a reducing agent which converts harmful nitrogen oxides into innocuous nitrogen and water.

Using all stainless steel internal pipe work the Zeon AdBlue is available in suction pump or dispenser format for use with submersible pumps, and is available as mono or twin dual fuel units (Diesel/AdBlue). It comes as standard without a nozzle, giving you the freedom to choose between the ZVA item, and a lower-cost solution to suit your particular budget.

As a suction pump, the Zeon AdBlue utilises a new type of membrane pump equipped with electrical motor. Without any dynamic seals this solution provides a reliable industrial pump complete with self-priming capabilities.
As with our C-Series range, the Zeon range is manufactured using the same stainless steel chassis design, meaning you can rely on it to withstand the toughest of environments.

The Zeon range is not approved for re-sale or ATEX approved, however it does represent a solid, reliable and rugged solution for the commercial environment where cost considerations are important.
